Flourless Chocolate Cake

Single layer 9” fudgy, flourless chocolate cake. No flour, no leavening. Collapses a bit in the middle. Topped with shiny chocolate glaze. Gluten free, but does contain dairy (butter).

Our Passover treats contain no flour aside from matzah meal and no leavening. (Please note that our kitchen is NOT kosher for Passover.)
